That is what we are building BrainBridge to be. Not the biggest platform, the one that shows up in a school’s week: fewer missed students, shorter meetings, records that are already done. We start in New York City, with public schools, on chronic absence.

Chronic absence is the quiet reason students fall behind.
One in three New York City public school students missed at least 10% of last school year. The fix is not a new program. It is a school where someone notices the first missed day, calls home, writes it down, and the team looks at the list every week. Most attendance software is built for a district dashboard. We built ours for the person making the call at 8:30 in the morning.
We are a small company on purpose. It keeps us close to the schools we serve, honest about what we promise, and fast when something needs fixing.

Built with the schools that use it
Every screen in Attendance Follow-up came from sitting with attendance teams in New York City. If a feature does not save a staff member time on a school day, it does not ship.

A person answers, the same school day
Write to support@brainbridge.cloud and someone who built the product writes back. Setup and training happen in person for New York City schools.

Nothing goes to a family without a staff member
BrainBridge drafts, lists and reminds. A person reads and presses send. There is no automated calling, and flagged students never receive automated outreach.

Student data is never sold, shared or mined
No advertising, no profiles, no training of models on student data. Data stays in the United States, encrypted, and is deleted when the school asks.

One license covers every staff member and every student, with setup and training included. We sell the way a school can buy: under the principal’s purchasing authority, as a certified MBE and FAMIS vendor.
