We protect information with safeguards designed around the NIST Cybersecurity Framework, including:

• encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest;
• multi-factor authentication for staff sign-in;
• role-based access, so staff see only the schools, programs, and students they are assigned to;
• audit logs of sign-ins and key actions;
• access by BrainBridge personnel only when needed to support or run the service; and
• a written information security program that we review regularly.
